How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The-Furniture-Authority.com, simply send us an email within 2 days of the delivery. All discontinued items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number. You can obtain a RA# by emailing us at returns@Furniture-Authority.com
You will be responsible for round trip freight and a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. All refunds will be issued as a store credit only. COD is not acceptable under any circumstances.
If you should need to return or exchange any item(s):
  • Item(s) being returned must be in manufacturer’s original carton and must include all packaging materials and accessories, if applicable.
  • When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.
  • Return the package prepaid. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD’s.)
  • Please note that we cannot accept back any item(s) which appears to have been used. In such cases there might be a thirty percent re-stocking fee (thirty percent of the purchase price).
