How do I return an item?

Due to COVID19, we are not accepting any returns until further notice. Please make sure you really need an item before you make a purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, simply send us an email within 2 days of the delivery. All discontinued items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number. You can obtain a RA# by emailing us at
You will be responsible for round trip freight and a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. All refunds will be issued as a store credit only. COD is not acceptable under any circumstances. Refunds for special orders or discontinued orders that require warehouse transfer and handling will be handled on case by case basis. The cancellation fees on special orders and discontinued item orders will be 50% plus cost of warehouse transfer freight charges ($100 minimum).
If you should need to return or exchange any item(s):
  • Item(s) being returned must be in manufacturer's original carton and must include all packaging materials and accessories, if applicable.
  • When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. For your protection, insure it for its value.
  • Return the package prepaid. (Sorry, we cannot accept COD)
  • Please note that we cannot accept back any item(s) which appears to have been used. In such cases there might be a thirty percent re-stocking fee (thirty percent of the purchase price).
