Layaway orders will only be accepted for orders valued above USD $300
The Customer must have a Furniture Authority account. Creating an account is quick and easy.
The Customer is deemed to have agreed to the following terms.
When checking out you will be asked for a Discount Code type: Layaway
Only credit card payments will be accepted for layaway orders.
A minimum deposit of 25% is required at the time the layaway is placed.
Following payments can be made monthly.
You will need to indicate payment dates and amount during checkout in memo section.

Your order will be delivered to you when the final payment is made and all payments have cleared.
Layaway time frames
The maximum time frame available for a layaway is dependent on the price of the order.
For layaway orders valued between USD $300-$500, the layaway period can be up to 4 weeks.
For layaway orders valued over USD $500, the layaway period can be up to 9 weeks.
A layaway is not available for orders valued below USD $300.
Any cancellations made may incur financial penalties at The-Furniture-Authority.com's discretion.
If order is in nonpayment of payment plan for an extended period of time, or we don't get any response via email and or phone attempts within a reasonable period not to exceed 30 days of time, your layaway order may be cancelled at The-Furniture-Authority.com's discretion and all payments previously collected will be forfeited without refund.
The-Furniture-Authority.com will contact you regarding your layaway by email.
It is your responsibility to ensure our emails are not filtered from your e-mail inbox.
Emails will be sent from email@example.com please ensure this e-mail address is in your preferred e-mail white list.
All Payment schedules and order histories can be viewed through your account sign-in which you can access through the 'My Account' link.
Please note: The words Layaway and Layby have the same meaning.
